FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — Wednesday brought another day of record-breaking COVID-19 numbers.
11,232 new cases and a 27.39% positivity rate both mark record highs in the Commonwealth.
Gov. Beshear reported 21 new deaths as well.
