LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department says there are 166 inmates who have tested positive for COVID-19 at the Federal Medical Center. That's an increase of 29 from Tuesday.
Overall, there are 457 COVID-19 cases in Fayette County, an increase of 31 from Tuesday.
One inmate has died from COVID-19.
FMC Lexington is an Administrative security facility that currently houses 1,414 inmates.
