FAYETTE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — There are 20 new cases of COVID-19 in Fayette County since Monday.
The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department says there are now 572 confirmed cases in the county. This includes 243 cases involving inmates at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, up 14 from Monday.
There are also 12 deaths related to COVID-19 in Fayette County, including 3 inmates at FMC. There have been no new deaths since last week.
