FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — During his Monday press conference, Gov. Andy Beshear announced that 406 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Kentucky.

Of the 406 new Kentuckians to test positive for COVID-19, 67 are 18 or younger.

The positivity rate continues to stay under four percent, as the positivity rate on Monday was 3.77 percent.

Gov. Beshear also announced one new coronavirus-related death, a 77-year-old woman from Scott County, bringing the state's coronavirus-related death total to 1,112
