LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington business owner is suing the governor over the stated intention to require businesses to use face masks.
Sybil Frantz, who lists herself as the owner of Roberts Health Foods in the Eastland Shopping Center on Winchester Road, says requiring employees of her business to wear masks violates her constitutional rights.
The complaint also claims the pandemic is a "monstrous fraud" that is "being perpetrated by fraud."
The complaint seeks an injunction blocking the face mask requirements, as well as damages to be determined later.
