LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington reported a new one-day high on Wednesday, with 409 new COVID-19 cases. That brings the total to 18,108 since the start of the pandemic.
The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department says there have been 705 cases the first two days of December, with increases likely to continue the next few weeks because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
There were also 3 new deaths reported Wednesday (people in their 50s, 60s, and 70s), with 123 total during the outbreak.
