Kentucky's COVID positivity rate is now 8 percent, 2,380 new cases reported on Wednesday

(LEX 18) — On Wednesday, 2,380 new cases of COVID-19 were reported and the state's positivity rate now sits at 8%.

Of those new COVID cases, 685 are in the 18 and under age group.

26 new deaths were reported.

Currently, 1,365 people are hospitalized, 398 are in ICUs and 275 are on ventilators.
