FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — A staff member of Kentucky's General Assembly has tested positive for COVID-19.
Legislative Research Commission Director, Jay Hartz, wrote in an email that the unnamed aide tested positive Monday.
So far, no changes have been made about the General Assembly's schedule.
A Budget Conference Committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday at 2 p.m. and then the entire State Legislature returns Wednesday to pass that budget.
