LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lincoln County Health Department officials confirmed the first COVID-19 case in a Lincoln County resident Monday, April 13. They say this person was a resident at Stanford Care and Rehab.
Just before 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, it was announced that person died at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Hospital. No other information has been released.
The Lincoln County Health Department is working closely with Stanford Care and Rehab to assue the safety of residents and employees.
