(LEX 18) — Two more states are joining California, adding back some restrictions due to rising coronavirus cases this week.

The Governors of Oregon and West Virginia are both discouraging large social gatherings while leaving businesses and churches more leeway.

California's Governor ordered all indoor businesses, including restaurants, bars, and theaters, to close due to the state's rising numbers Monday.
