COVINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The city of Covington is making some changes to create more outdoor dining to help restaurants survive the pandemic.
City officials are closing parts of streets, relocating parking, and installing barriers.
Some changes will only be in effect during the evening hours.
Covington's public works department hopes to have outdoor dining spaces open by Friday.
