LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — One new coronavirus-related death has been reported in Fayette County, according to the Lexington Health Department's website.
The death brings Fayette County's coronavirus-related death total to eight. There are also now 225 cases in the county, up four from 221 on Monday.
On Tuesday, Gov. Andy Beshear announced there were 3,192 total cases of COVID-19 and 171 total coronavirus-related deaths.
Beshear is set to give another update on COVID-19 in Kentucky at 5 p.m.
