University of Kentucky gets $3.8 Million for COVID-19 relief

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The University of Kentucky will receive $3.8 Million dollars for COVID-19 relief.

That's according to a news release from Senator Mitch McConnell.

The federal funds will go to the UK Center of Excellence in rural health.

The additional funds are distributed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and will support 46 rural hospitals across Kentucky.
