LOUISVILLE, KY (LEX 18) — The Kentucky Derby may be postponed until September, but now you can experience "Derby Day Everyday" through the Kentucky Derby Museum's virtual online museum.

The online experience takes visitors on an education adventure through the museum. You can view collections, exhibits and go on personal virtual tours of Churchill Downs.

The virtual museum is updated daily. Each day, the Kentucky Derby Museum's curatorial team brings visitors featured artifacts, fun facts, Oral History videos and Educational Lessons to do at home.
“Our mission at the Kentucky Derby Museum is to engage, educate, and excite everyone about the Kentucky Derby experience,” said Patrick Armstrong, CEO of Kentucky Derby Museum. “We take our role in the rich history and tradition of the Derby to heart. We feel this is more important to share than ever before – especially during these challenging times and we feel bringing this virtual museum online will help connect and educate the community and our visitors.”
