PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Pulaski County Coroner reports that a man is dead after he was hit by a vehicle on South Highway 27 and Boat Dock Road on Sunday morning.
The coroner has identified the man killed as Sherman Dick and states that there are no charges at this time, calling it a "tragic accident."
