LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — Lexington fire crews responded to a structure fire Saturday afternoon in the 1200 block of Centre Parkway.
Crews reported smoke showing from the front door upon arrival. The fire was found in the kitchen area of the structure and was quickly extinguished and contained to the kitchen, LFD officials reported.
No injuries were reported. Two people were displaced as a result of the fire.
The cause and origin of the fire are under investigation.
