LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington man now faces at least 15 years in prison, after pleading guilty in federal court Friday to selling crack cocaine.
Officials say 42-year-old Damine Green admitted in court to selling more than an ounce of the drug.
Green could face a maximum of life in prison. He has three previous convictions for selling cocaine and also was found guilty of being a persistent felon in Fayette County.
Green was on parole for those charges when he committed the latest crimes.
He faces sentencing on Dec. 7.
