BULLITT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– An Ohio man charged with killing his wife says he dumped her body somewhere in Kentucky.
73-year-old Phillip Snider originally told police he took his wife Roberta on a trip to Graceland because she was dying of cancer.
During that trip snider says Roberta died of natural causes and he threw the body in the Tennessee River.
Now he’s changed his story, saying he killed his wife and put her body in a dumpster near a restaurant in Bullitt County.
Snider has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
And as part of his plea agreement, he’s required to show investigators where he dumped his wife’s body.
