TAYLOR COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Taylor County have charged a man with unlawfully refusing to let a woman leave a home.
Authorities arrested 22-year-old Christian Spiller on Friday afternoon at a home in the 100 block of Fern Drive.
Police say deputies had responded to the home to check on a reported assault.
Officials say Spiller allegedly was inside the residence with a woman and would not let her leave.
Spiller was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
He was being held in the Taylor County Detention Center.
