LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) -Russ Bleck survived a traumatic experience when he witnessed the mass shooting in Las Vegas last year. He credits first responders and the medical personnel who were running in when everyone else was running out.
Now, he wants to pass that good luck on to someone else. Bleck had two tickets for tonight’s Justin Timberlake concert at Rupp Arena.
First responders and medical professionals were nominated by friends on social media.
The winner is Deputy Jordan Jacobs of the Scott County Sheriff’s Department.
The concert will be held at 7:30 at Rupp Arena!!
