LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A commercial truck has overturned on southbound I-75 near Ironworks Pike.
Lexington Police say the truck driver was apparently cut off by another vehicle and when he swerved to avoid it, he lost control.
He was taken to the hospital, but the officer said they do not believe his injuries are serious.
