LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police are seeking four suspects after an early morning carjacking Sunday on Lexington’s far southeast side.

Authorities say a man was sleeping in his car on Larkhill Lane about 5:50 a.m. when four men woke him.

At least one of the men was armed with a gun, and the men proceeded to steal the car.

Police describe the car as a black 2007 Toyota Yaris with two missing hubcaps.

The car’s license plate is 101 TFM.

Police are advising anyone who spots the car not to approach it but instead to alert authorities.
