LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) -A woman was taken to the hospital after police say she was shot Tuesday morning.
This happened in the 3000-block of Trent Circle. Her injuries are non-life threatening.
Ramone D. Burdette, 24, has been charged with Assault 1st, three counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st, and Intimidating a Participant in a Legal Process.
Police say this is a domestic.
