SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A gym in Scott County will begin providing financial support to a wounded deputy.
From Oct. 1 until the end of the year, Elite Fitness in Georgetown will be donating 50 percent of all new member’s first months dues to the fund benefiting Jaime Morales.
Morales is 90 percent paralyzed after being shotlast month while helping authorities catch a suspected bank robber.
Elite Fitness is located at 1135 Lexington Road.
