CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Kentucky State Police confirm say they are investigating a death after a body was discovered in Clay County.
The body was found near a grocery store in Manchester on Highway 421.
A couple walking alongside the road found a deceased woman in the ditch and called 911.

The coroner has identified the victim as Carol Miller, 68, of Manchester. KSP says it appears she fell over an embankment into the ditch.
An autopsy is scheduled this afternoon.
