RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18) – Nearly half the staff from Kentucky River Foothills based in Richmond will be out of a job.
142 people will be affected by the layoffs. The community-based organization provides service to 8 counties including Clark, Estill, Garrard, Jackson, Laurel, Madison, Powell and Rockcastle.
