LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police arrested two men Friday afternoon on public intoxication and drug charges.
Authorities say 32-year-old Robert Isom of Manchester and 38-year-old Terrell J. Taylor were charged after being stopped about noon along Bill George Road east of London.
The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says investigators learned Isom was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in district court on a disorderly conduct charge.
Police said they found a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine on Taylor.
Isom was charged with possession of a controlled substance and giving police false information.
Taylor was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both men were being held in the Laurel County Detention Center.
