CARTER COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ)– Officials are investigating the murder of an 81-year-old man in Carter County.
It happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday on Rocky Lane, close to the Grahn community.
Troopers say Bradley Duncan was shot and killed by his grandson-in-law, Matthew Kelley.
The murder allegedly happened after an argument at Duncan’s home.
Kelley now faces murder charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
