CLARK COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man was arrested in Clark County after allegedly abusing his stepson.

Justin Robinson was arrested after police say they received a call from the hospital after a 2-year-old was brought there with injuries.

According to Robinson’s arrest citation, the child had a fractured leg, bruising to his ear and around his eye socket.

Robinson told the boy’s mother that he fell off a bed.

He says he was angry with the child because he kept picking up the dog.

The boy was taken to UK Hospital for further treatment.
