SCOTT COUNTY Ky. (LEX 18) – Bojangles in Georgetown is hosting a benefit for the Scott County Deputy injured in the line of duty.
Deputy Jaime Morales was paralyzed after a shooting last month. Since the shooting, several Scott County businesses have set up fundraisers.
The Bojangles’ restaurant team in Georgetown is hosting a benefit day honoring Morales. All day on Saturday, October 13, 10 percent of sales at the Bojangles’ in Georgetown will go to the Jaime Morales Foundation.
This will continue until 10 p.m. tonight.
The restaurant is located on Lexington Road.
