Boyd County Man Accused Of Following Women, Touching Them Inappropriately

BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man was arrested in Boyd County after police say he caused a public disturbance.

It happened around 1 p.m. Monday afternoon at the Ashland Town Center mall.

Several women say the suspect, David Hall, followed them and touched them inappropriately.

One woman says he tried to pick her up and smacked her backside.

He later allegedly followed several other women, before spitting in a clerk’s face.

Police say Hall tried to run when they approached him.

He faces several charges including public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
