MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (The Richmond Register)– A Richmond man who officials say spray painted two kids has been charged with criminal abuse.
Police say that on Oct. 10, 40-year old Mitchell Marshall used a can of spray paint on the bodies of two kids younger than 12.
According to the warrant, officials say Mitchell even sprayed paint into a one child’s eye through a hole in a door.
He’s charged with criminal abuse and fourth-degree assault.
