LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– There was no winner for Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing, so the jackpot has jumped to the largest in that games history.
The jackpot for Friday’s drawing now sits at a whopping $900 million, the second largest in US lottery jackpot history.
The previous Mega Millions jackpot record was $656 million, shared by winners from Kansas, Illinois, and Maryland in 2012.
Wednesday’s Powerball Jackpot is hardly chump change, sitting at $345 million.
