LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A Lexington man is in jail Friday morning, accused of firing a gunshot inside a business.

It happened Oct. 14 at the Game King on Winchester Road.

Police say Alford Stokley was in the store when he began arguing with two children that were with him.

An arrest citation says that a gunshot went off, and employees later found a shell casing.

Police used Stokley’s receipt to track his information and make an arrest.

He is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
