LEXINGTON (LEX 18) — A man is fighting for his life after being struck early Saturday morning by a hit-and-run driver while riding his bicycle.
Authorities say the 47-year-old man was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police said the crash happened about 2 a.m. on the 200 block of North Limestone.
Officials said the vehicle fled the scene and apparently there were no witnesses to the crash.
