FRANKFORT, KY. (LEX 18) – A 65-year-old Texas man was arrested at Blue Grass Airport after officials say he traveled 900 miles to engage in what he thought was sex with two children under the age of 12.
Investigators with the Attorney General’s office, Kentucky State Police, and airport police intercepted and arrested Gregory Lee Hruby Friday night and charged him with four counts of unlawful use of electronic means originating or receiving within the Commonwealth of Kentucky to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities.
Hruby, of Brazoria, Texas, was taken to the Fayette County Detention Center. His bail was set at $100,000, and if he posts bail, he is required to wear an ankle monitor.
