LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Kentucky Lottery will be giving away 250 coupons for Mega Millions tickets Tuesday morning to mark the record-breaking $1.6 billion jackpot.
The estimated $1.6 billion Mega Millions jackpot, which also comes with a $904 million cash option, is up for grabs Tuesday night.
The Kentucky Lottery will be hosting the give-away Tuesday beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Red Mile.
Officials will hand out 250 coupons for a free Mega Millions ticket on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Kentucky Lottery also will give away T-shirts and other items.
The giveaway will take place in the parking lot of Red Mile, 1200 Red Mile Road.
