LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man was arrested this weekend after being accused of assaulting a man, then firing shots at his home.
It happened just before 4 a.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Oxford Circle.
According to an arrest citation, 21-year-old Candido Lopez Jr. allegedly hit the victim in the face with a gun before firing several shots in front of his apartment.
Police say they later found four shell casings near the address.
Lopez faces several charges including wanton endangerment and assault.
