BEREA, Ky. (LEX 18) – A 19-year-old is now facing a manslaughter charge following a grand jury indictment involving a deadly crash in Madison County in 2017.
Dylan Casey is charged with manslaughter, wanton endangerment, DUI and fleeing or evading in the death of Breanna Cowden.
Casey’s indictment comes almost a year after the deadly crash.
Cowden was a 2017 Berea College graduate. Casey is in the Madison County Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
