BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (LEX 18)– A fraternity on Western Kentucky University’s campus has been suspended  for reportedly violating school and fraternity alcohol policies.

The College Heights Herald reports that Sigma Chi has been suspended by nationals until March.

The suspension includes removal from all homecoming activities and any organization events or functions.

The director of student affairs says this is a result of two violations, first: violation was alcohol in the chapter house, and second: hosting a function and providing alcohol to underage guests.
