MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A fire at the Nestle plant in Montgomery County forced crews to shut off the power.
The fire broke out just before midnight Wednesday night at 150 Oak Drive in Mt. Sterling.
We’re told an outdoor transformer caught fire.
The fire did not get inside the building and the cause is undetermined. Power was shut off briefly because of the issue but plant operations are back to normal Thursday morning.
