LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Courier Journal)– A boy was reportedly shot Friday morning while going to a bus stop in the Shawnee neighborhood, police said.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. in the area of 41st and Market streets.
Police say the boy was going to a JCPS bus stop when he was shot in the arm. He declined to give the boy’s age or identify his school.
The boy was taken to UofL Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
