Emergency crews have shut down one lane of the outer loop of Man-O War Boulevard near East Hills Drive in Lexington because of a car accident. One vehicle ended up on its top. The closure only stretches about 100 yards. We have a crew on the scene, and will have the latest information for you here and on LEX 18 News at 6:00.
