GARRARD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– The Garrard County Animal Shelter is looking for people to adopt some of the dogs that have been there for a while. They say they are reaching full capacity and these dogs will be the first on the euthanasia list if they have to euthanize.
There are several dogs to choose from and there are no adoption fees for those dogs, they’ve been paid for.
The shelter posted on Facebook that they have not euthanized since November 2016.
