UPDATE: The roadway has reopened.
KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– There is a developing traffic situation on northbound Interstate 75/71 at the 169 mile marker near Walton.
Transportation officials say two people are hurt after two commercial vehicles crash.
We’re told one semi was hauling asphalt, which spilled onto the roadway during the crash.
Officials say all northbound lanes are closed, and they expect the blockage to last about three hours.
