LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Police are still trying to figure out what caused a car to run right into a house.
It happened just after 5:30 a.m. Wednesday afternoon in the 200 block of West Sixth Street.
Officers say the car hit the front of the house, just below the gas meter.
Crews had to turn off the gas so repairs can be made. Because of that the people living there had to go elsewhere.
No one was hurt.
