WINCHESTER, Ky. (LEX 18) – A Winchester man has died following a crash on I-64 in Clark County.
The single-vehicle crash happened in the westbound lanes at the 101 milemarker. The Clark County Coroner tells LEX 18 that the driver hydroplaned and the vehicle flipped over a couple of times. The male driver was ejected.
He has been identified as Jeffrey Ray Wise, 47.
It’s not clear if speed was a factor.
