LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man arrested following an overnight standoff in Lexington pleaded not guilty in court Friday.
The standoff started around 10:30 Thursday night in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. Police responded to a call about a woman being held against her will. They arrested Robert Patton around 3:00 Friday morning.
He is charged with unlawful imprisonment and wanton endangerment.
His bond was set at $25,000. Patton is scheduled to be back in court next Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
