GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police have arrested a Western Kentucky man on sexual misconduct charges involving a minor.
Authorities arrested 28-year-old David Shane Darnell of Mayfield after an investigation.
Kentucky State Police say they were tipped off by a resource officer at Graves County High School, who provided information about a complaint of an inappropriate relationship between a 16-year-old and an adult.
Darnell is charged iwth promoting a minor in a sexual performance, possessing material promoting a minor in a sexual performance and unlawful transaction with a minor.
