BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WRIL) – Rescue crews say the man ejected from his truck and over a cliff has serious injuries.
According to WRIL. a coal truck jack-knifed on Balkan Road Tuesday morning. The driver was thrown from a vehicle over the cliff.
The Bell County Rescue Squad used ropes to retrieve the man. He was transported to the hospital.
